Slow and restorative yoga flow integrating mental health awareness, mindfulness body scans and a healing sound bath. 

During this practice we will be mindfully connecting breath with slow restorative movement to help calm the nervous system, giving the body full permission to relax. The healing sound bath uses crystal bowls that create an immersive sound that fills the body, to help people relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns, creating a relaxing atmosphere while providing health benefits. 

Maximum class size is 4 persons + instructor

$30 for 75 minute class practice

6 class package = $140

Important Things to Know

  • Arrival time is 7:00 PM. Class practice will begin at 7:15 PM.
  • The class lasts until 8:30 PM.
  • Bring your own mat or rent one from us for $10 per class.
  • Blocks and straps are available for use during the class at no additional charge.
  • The class is located upstairs and any attendees should be able to navigate one flight of stairs.
