ABOUT MADISON:
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate.
I graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne University with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, December of 2021. I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing a variety of concerns that include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, career changes as well as those experiencing difficulties with life transitions.
A NOTE FROM MADISON:
Do you find yourself struggling with depression, anxiety, difficulty with life transitions, overwhelmed with stress or trouble choosing a career path? I know life can become difficult at times but you are not alone. I strive to provide a safe environment for my clients to freely express themselves in order to grow and heal. I work with my clients to find the best approaches that will help them reach their individual goals to better their mental health, well-being, and future.
My approach to counseling seeks to help clients examine and understand the connections between thoughts, feelings and behavior choices (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Additionally, I incorporate a holistic approach to healing mind & body through different mindfulness, regulating the nervous system techniques, and person-centered approaches as well.
I look forward to meeting you and creating a professional client/counselor relationship in order to find the best approach for your personal goals during sessions.
