5.0 out of 5 stars MOST HELPFUL BOOK I HAVE EVER READ
Reviewed in the United States on August 20, 2015

"I highly recommend this book! I am 61 years old, have ADD and am disorganized. I have tried for years to get areas of my life under control. I would make progress in one area but every other area was falling apart. I have read many books trying to find something to help me. While this book

claims to be “How to make your New Year’s Resolutions finally stick” ( I never make New Year’s Resolutions because I know it wouldn’t do any good.) This book is really for anyone who wants to make any changes at any time. This book is short and to the point, which I really like. Most books

are so long and wordy and keep repeating themselves that I get lost in them.

It has “Application” pages after each chapter with questions to answer to help you develop a plan

to actually make the changes in your life that you need to make. I got this book, quickly read

through it, with the intention of reading it again and filling out the pages. Without writing down

my “plan” I started applying some of the principles and was very pleased at my progress. When I went back through the book and started answering the questions, coming up with a “plan”, I was shocked. The behaviors that I would have listed the first time through were already so much improved, that I wrote down different behaviors that I needed to change the second time

through. This little book has helped me more than any other book that I have ever read. I

have been so pleased with my progress that I ordered another book for a friend of mine that is trying to quit smoking." -Sandra
