Since visits are mostly virtual right now, Jessie is not nearly as involved.
She only works on Mondays in the office & prefers to sleep on the
couch in the background but does interrupt occasionally.

A NOTE FROM ERIN:
Hello there! I'm so glad you are taking this step to reach out. It can be a very scary thing to open up to someone you don't know! I wanted to let you know a little about what to expect when meeting with me.
If you are starting counseling services with me, in our first session, we will get to know each other a bit and what sorts of things have led you to begin the counseling process. We will discuss my approaches to treatment and your goals for the process. We will focus on developing coping skills related to the way you think and on what ways you may better support yourself biologically. I am firm believer in natural treatment methods for physical ailments as well as mental & emotional battles when at all possible.
The therapy dog, Jessie, is with me most days.
If you are allergic to dogs, this may not be the best
office for you to visit. If you are afraid of dogs, Jessie
and I will be glad to help you with that using a lot
of CBT and love from Jessie! FIND OUT MORE HERE!
We look forward to meeting with you!!
