I am from Charlotte, NC & am committed to helping improve our community one life at a time. I always work to help my clients feel better by working together to find a path to healing that works for you. I use a variety of ways to help you improve mood & relationships but enjoy helping you identify strengths & empowering the part of you that is ready to move forward.
Each person's treatment plan will be unique, but my approaches include identifying your strengths, empowerment, options, & cognitive reasoning, all of which will help you reach the next step in wellness & health. My Favorite Quote: “We but mirror the world. All the tendencies present in the
outer world are to be found in the world of our body. If we could change ourselves,
the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own
nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him…” - M. K. Gandhi
