COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY & MULTICULTURAL COUNSELING
Dania graduated from The Citadel with a Master's of Arts in Clinical
Counseling Psychology. In her treatment, Dania utilizes Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy & positive psychology and prefers to take a natural
approach to treating symptoms. She enjoys working with individuals &
couples who are experiencing a variety of issues, including anxiety,
depression, relationship conflict, trauma & abuse, as well as those
experiencing difficult life transitions (divorce, relocation, grief & loss,
etc.). Dania also specializes in multicultural issues and enjoys working with individuals & families who are experiencing difficulties.
Dania also provides teletherapy sessions for residents of NC. She currently provides services for clients who have BCBS, and are self-pay. She can also provide Out of Network services for those with other insurance coverage and has some sliding scale appointments available. Appointments available between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST
Faith received her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pfeiffer University. She enjoys employing relational and systemic therapy perspectives to support individuals within their context. She believes that life is all about relationships; the one you have with yourself, your significant other, family members, peers, etc.
Faith seeks to support individuals, couples and families while they improve communication and connection. She uses various therapeutic approaches to create a custom plan for meeting goals with each client. She especially enjoys using the Gottman Method with couples to enhance relationships.
Faith is currently accepting BCBS, & self-pay clients, with some sliding scale availability. Appointment times can be scheduled on Mondays between 11am and 8pm and Fridays between 10am and 7pm. There is also availability by appointment on Saturdays.
CBT, EMDR & POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY FOR A VARIETY OF ISSUES
Erin has been providing outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, & adults since 2006. She works with adults who are struggling with a variety of problems, including depression & anxiety, phase of life problems, Anger Management (court ordered included), Trauma & abuse, grief, Bipolar Disorder and other mood disorders. Erin uses a variety of approaches, including CBT, EMDR, & Positive Psychology.
Trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Erin works with children between the ages of 3-12 using this type of intervention. Erin also provides services to adolescents, between the ages of 12-18, using mostly CBT, as it has been found to be most effective. Issues specific to children & adolescents that Erin treats are: ADHD/ADD, behavior problems/Oppositional Defiant Disorder, sexual abuse, self-harm/mutilation, and depression & anxiety.
Erin is firm believer in natural treatment methods for physical ailments as well as mental & emotional battles when at all possible. From self-esteem issues related to body image, to stress-reduction and mood stabilization -- all natural is her philosophy!

Leah completed her degree for Couple, Marital, and Family Counseling at Portland State University. She enjoys working with adolescents as well as individuals, couples, and families. She utilizes different models of treatment depending on the unique individual, relational, or family needs in order to promote healthy cognitive functioning, emotional processing, and positive coping mechanisms. These theories and techniques will be integrative and wide-ranging and will include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Systemic, and Cognitive Behavioral. Techniques often used are talk therapy, sand tray therapy, mindfulness exercises such as meditation and journaling, and thought/behavior logs.
Leah believes in her ability to help others with their goals involving personal growth, improving relationships and interpersonal dynamics, combating negative thinking patterns, promoting positive self-talk, and improving communication patterns in relationships and in families. There are strengths in every single person, relationship, and family, and they can be utilized to create a healthy mind and lifestyle.
Leah is currently located in the Asheville office and accepts BCBS & self-pay clients. Appointment times are currently on Sundays between 1 pm and 6 pm.
